Chrysanthemum Morifoliums . . . The Quintessential Fall Flower

From the Greek ‘chrys’ meaning golden and ‘anthemon’ meaning flower, this name was given to garden mums by the Swedish naturalist Carolus Linnaeus. The color of the original flower was yellow, but choices today range from white to burgundy. There are many sizes and shapes to choose from as well!   Mums are relatively easy to grow.
