Enjoy the morning beauty and serenity of Founder’s Square this April as Tucker Hill offers free yoga classes for a limited time.
Spring is the perfect time to clear your mind and begin strengthening your body. Yoga involves stretching and improving your flexibility, which builds muscle tone and increases strength. It also brings a deep sense of relaxation to your mind.
Resident and yoga studio owner Tracy Carruth will lead this free yoga class on Wednesday mornings during the month of April. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat. If you’ve never tried yoga, beginners are welcome and Tracy will be happy to loan you a mat! This offer is open not only to Tucker Hill residents, but the general public is also welcome!
